1.Q: Besides card swiping access, can I set one-way passage only to prevent people from walking backward?

A: One-way or two-way passage modes can be switched freely. The background control system can lock the passage direction separately. Audible and visual alerts will trigger if someone tries to go the wrong way, effectively regulating pedestrian flow.

2.Q: In case of a sudden power outage, can staff still exit through the speed gate normally?

A: Yes. The gate comes with an auto-open mechanism for power failure. The swing arms will fully open automatically to create an unobstructed passage, complying with fire evacuation standards and allowing people to evacuate quickly.

3.Q: Can the passage width be adjusted? Is it wide enough for wheelchairs and strollers to pass smoothly?

A: Two passage sizes are available. The standard 600mm lane is for regular pedestrians, while the widened 900mm barrier-free lane accommodates wheelchairs, strollers and large luggage. Different sizes can be combined as needed.

A: The supporting management system allows generating time-limited temporary access rights with customizable validity periods. Visitors can pass with temporary access cards, which will expire automatically when the time limit ends, eliminating the need for permanent cards.
