1.Q: Can AT402 speed gate turnstile be modified to fit existing narrow lobby entrances with limited ceiling & floor space?
A: Yes. The AT402 cabinet outer size can be customized on length, height and thickness to match compact narrow entrances. We also provide slim streamlined cabinet variants without extra protruding parts, and all wiring ports can be reserved on the side or bottom to avoid occupying limited floor & ceiling installation space.
2.Q: If my project needs to add facial recognition scanners later after installation, does AT402 require full cabinet disassembly for refitting?
A: No full disassembly needed. AT402 reserves pre-embedded integrated mounting cavities on the top of each cabinet. You only need to fix the biometric camera directly into the reserved slot without cutting or drilling the cabinet body, which greatly reduces secondary renovation construction work and cost.
3.Q: Will the brushed SUS304 cabinet leave obvious fingerprint marks if used in high-traffic office lobbies with hundreds of daily staff?
A: It won’t. The standard housing adopts anti-fingerprint brushed SUS304 surface treatment. Light handprints can be wiped off with a dry cloth in seconds. For ultra-high traffic scenarios, we offer an upgraded matte coating process for zero fingerprint residue and easier daily cleaning by property management teams.
4.Q: What safety performance does AT402 have if children or visitors accidentally block the swing arm during closing?
A: The turnstile is equipped with full vertical multi-layer infrared induction plus built-in soft buffer damping structure. Once any obstacle is detected within the swing range, the arm instantly pauses and reverses open to prevent clamping injuries. The connecting gap and cabinet height can be unified and adjusted, and we provide matching connecting brackets to keep the whole access barrier neat and stable for irregular lobby space.
