What is AIPADA?
AIPADA is a Chinese turnstile manufacturer with over 20 years of industry experience. It’s an integrated manufacturer encompassing design, production, assembly, and sales, providing customers with high-quality services and products. It can also customize functions and appearance according to customer needs.
Does AIPADA have a CE report?
Yes! AIPADA holds numerous certifications, including CE, design patent, and utility model patent. Furthermore, we test the quality and durability of all our products 24 hours before shipment.
How long is the warranty period?
The warranty period is two years from the date of delivery and covers all products purchased from AIPADA. After the warranty period expires, AIPADA will provide lifetime maintenance if needed.
How do you provide support all the way from China?
If you have any questions about any of our products, please feel free to email us, detailing the problem and attaching pictures and videos. We also offer support via WhatsApp and video chat. Our experienced technical team will respond as quickly as possible and do their best to resolve your issue.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers (T/T), as well as PayPal
How much time does production take?
Completing a standard sample order takes approximately 7 business days, while bulk orders take approximately 7-15 business days. For custom orders, we will reply with a timeline promptly after confirming the requirements. However, you will still need to wait for it to arrive from China.
I placed my order — when can I expect it?
Sea shipments take about 20 to 30 days to arrive at your nearest port, whereas air transport takes only about 2–5 days. ’Express’ shipping will take only about 3–5 days, and the shipment will be delivered to whatever address you provide. Additionally, you can opt for DDP sea shipping. It takes only about 10 to 15 days, and you’ll have the package delivered right to your address. Tax and customs clearance is included in the price.
What kinds of turnstile solutions do you offer?
Our turnstiles work for both entrances and exits, and they can utilize any type of’reading’ technology you’d like, from fngerprint and barcode/QR code scanning to facerecognition, RFlD cards, coin collection, etc.

Can I integrate your turnstile with the access control system I already have?
Yes. Our rotary gates use standard relay interface inputs, so you can connect them to any third-party control device you may have.
What material are your turnstiles made of?
Our company offers a wide variety of turnstile styles, each with its own manufacturing process. We use materials such as 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, iron plate, and galvanized sheet, with thicknesses of 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 3.0mm, and 5.0mm respectively. You can place an order with us according to your needs.
What are the MCBF and life expectancy of your products?
The MCBF (mean cycles before failure) for all of our products is around five million. When it comes to life expectancy, our products typically last up to 10 years.
Does the gate on the swing turnstile close automatically when someone passes through?
The Turnstile will not suddenly close during normal passage because there are anti-pinch infrared sensors inside the passage; however, if a user fails to pass through the designated area after swiping a valid card, the system will automatically cancel the user’s passage permission.
Can your turnstiles work in both passing directions?
Yes. Our turnstiles can be configured for one-way or two-way traffic.
Can I place the turnstiles outside? Would I need to cover them?
For outdoor units, covering is not necessary, but to extend their service life, we recommend covering them with a canopy.
Will your turnstiles work in extreme temperatures?
Yes, the turnstile operating temperature range for our turnstiles is -35°C to 60°C.
Do you offer installation services?
Yes, but the on-site installation fee should be discussed beforehand.
How do I determine the number of turnstiles I need?
Based on the site dimensions, we will provide you with the optimal number of aisles, along with dimension drawings and renderings.
What is the passage width?
The channel width depends on the type of turnstile, generally ranging from 550mm to 900mm; other sizes can be customized.
What happens to the turnstiles in case of a power outage?
The turnstile has a built-in fire alarm linkage function; after a power outage, the turnstile arm will automatically open, allowing free passage.
How much power does a single turnstile use?
A single tripod turnstile uses around 20W/24V, whereas other turnstiles use 40W/24V.
