The thickness of the materials (available in 1.5mm, 2.0mm, etc.) and surface treatment processes (such as baking paint, galvanizing, fluorocarbon spraying, anodizing) directly determine the product’s durability and aesthetics.
- Mechanical transmission: The core components, such as the motor, reducer, and clutch, require precision and reliability. High-quality mechatronics modules ensure smooth gate operation, low noise, and long service life. - Structural design: A reasonable mechanical structural design can effectively disperse impact force and prevent deformation caused by long-term use or accidental impact.
2.Electrical safety and stability
- Power protection: Our power supplies must have overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, and lightning protection circuits to cope with complex power grid environments.
- Electromagnetic compatibility: Our products can operate normally in complex electromagnetic environments without interfering with other devices.
- Cables and connectors: Flame-retardant and aging-resistant cables and connectors are used, which can greatly reduce the risk of failure and fire caused by wiring problems.

- Core Controller: The controller is the brain of the turnstile. AipadaTurnstile uses high-quality controllers to ensure stable operation, clear logic, efficient processing of signals from various card readers, biometric modules, and QR code scanners, and precise control of the gate’s movement.
- Sensor Accuracy: AipadaTurnstile has precise control over the number, layout, and accuracy of its infrared beam and radar sensors, effectively improving its anti-pinch and anti-tailgating capabilities. If needed, we can use high-precision sensors that can effectively distinguish objects, pedestrians, and carried luggage, reducing false alarms.
4. Environmental Adaptability
- Protection Rating (IP Rating): AipadaTurnstile’s outdoor or semi-outdoor turnstiles achieve a high protection rating (such as IP54 and above) to effectively prevent the intrusion of dust and rainwater.
- Wide operating temperature range: It can adapt to temperature differences from extreme cold (e.g. -30℃) to extreme heat (e.g. +60℃) while its internal components and lubrication system can still maintain normal operation.
- UV and salt spray resistance: For coastal areas or areas with strong sunlight, appropriate shell materials and coatings can be selected to give the turnstiles UV and salt spray corrosion resistance.

Limitations: the only recourse to you, in case of any defect in the product, is repair or replacement of the parts, as specified above. We will not be liable for any consequential damages or inability to use the product. The cost of the repair or replacement shall not be higher than the purchase price of the product, excluding tax, shipping, and installation charges.
