1.Q: Will the paint of this matte black powder coated dual lane speed gate turnstile peel or scratch after long-term use?

A: The AT406-LD-04 black speed gate turnstile adopts electrostatic high-temperature powder spraying technology, which provides far stronger paint adhesion than ordinary spray paint and excellent scratch resistance. It won’t easily peel or scratch under normal pedestrian passage in offices. If deep scratches caused by hard heavy impacts occur, we supply matching touch-up paint kits for simple self-repair. An upgraded thick protective coating option is also available for high-foot-traffic scenarios like shopping malls.
 

2.Q: What is the price gap between the black coated dual lane speed gate turnstile and brushed stainless steel version, and what causes the price difference?

A: The black coated model is slightly more expensive than the stainless steel version with the same lane quantity. The price difference comes from three aspects: 1. Pre-polishing and rust removal procedures for stainless steel substrates; 2. Processing costs of the high-temperature electrostatic powder spraying production line; 3. Imported matte anti-fingerprint black coating materials. The price gap is reasonable. The black coated version is preferred for high-end hotels and minimalist offices, while the stainless steel model is more cost-effective for regular factories and campuses.
 

3.Q: Can I install face recognition cameras on this black dual lane speed gate turnstile, or add them as a post-installation upgrade later?

A: Face recognition devices are fully compatible. The cabinet reserves pre-wired slots and mounting brackets for facial modules, with no cabinet replacement required. Pre-installation at the factory is the most convenient choice. If the black speed gate turnstile has already been mounted on site, the facial unit can also be installed later without damaging the black coating or cutting the cabinet. The finished look will be consistent with the factory pre-equipped face recognition model AT406-LD-03.
 

4.Q: The marble floor of my lobby has already been finished. Can this black dual lane speed gate turnstile be installed with an integrated full base frame?

A: Absolutely compatible. The AT406-LD-04 black model supports a matching all-in-one full base frame finished with the same matte black coating for unified visual effects. The base-mounted solution requires no floor trenching or cable burying; it can be fixed directly on the ground without damaging finished marble or tile floors, ideal for renovation projects of decorated offices and hotels.
 

5.Q: Dust and fingerprints show clearly on the black coated speed gate turnstile in the lobby. How should I clean and maintain it daily?

A: Simply wipe the surface with a slightly damp microfiber soft cloth for daily cleaning. Steel wool or hard scrub brushes are forbidden. Stubborn fingerprints and light oil stains can be wiped off with neutral non-corrosive detergent, which will not erode the black coating. Strong acid or alkaline cleaning agents are not recommended. Weekly regular wiping will keep the premium matte finish for a long time.
