It adopts three-loop collaborative control (current loop, speed loop, position loop) to correct the door panel’s position and speed in real time, ensuring every opening and closing action is precisely executed. A: The servo motor is engineered for high durability in continuous use, with a design lifespan exceeding 10 years under normal operating conditions. It supports a Mean Cycles Between Failures (MCBF) rating of over 10 million opening/closing cycles, and with basic preventive maintenance (such as cleaning and visual inspections), it can operate reliably for years without needing motor replacement or major servicing.

 

2.Q: We have high foot traffic, and some users may rush through. How robust is the turnstile against impact, and will it automatically recover if the door is pushed off-track?

 

A: The turnstile is built with a reinforced stainless steel frame and impact-resistant acrylic door panels to withstand accidental impacts. The servo drive system features torque monitoring and position feedback: if the door is pushed off-track, the system detects the anomaly, stops movement to prevent damage, and will automatically recalibrate and reset to its home position once the obstruction is cleared.

A: Yes, the system supports flexible lane width configurations. Standard lanes are typically 550–600mm wide, while accessible/VIP lanes can be expanded to 900mm or more. Adjustments are primarily done via software: you can modify door travel limits, speed profiles, and sensor zones through the control panel. Minor hardware adjustments (such as custom door panel sizes) are only needed for very wide lanes, and we offer compatible parts for such setups.

 

5.Q: For our project, we need to meet strict data privacy regulations. Does this turnstile store any personal data from access control devices, or does it only process verification signals locally?

 

A: The turnstile itself acts as a secure pass-through device: it only receives verification signals (e.g., “access granted/denied”) from your access control system and does not store any personal data, such as biometrics, card numbers, or user records, locally. All sensitive information remains stored on your existing access control platform, helping you maintain compliance with privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA.
